Charms is a program to help facilitate communication between teachers, students, and parents. Here you may find the choir calendar, choir tour balances, participation, uniform fee payments, etc. In addition to facilitating communication, students will be required to enter practice minutes into the practice log as well as record themselves singing assigned songs for learning assignments as well as sight singing quizzes. Charms is used extensively in the choral program at American Fork High School. Should a student not have access to the internet at home, there is a single computer available in the choir room for students to access Charms.
Instructions on entering the Charms program:
Click on the link above to go to the Charms website. Once on the Charms site, enter the school code: afchoir. Enter the password or login name for students which is his/her Alpine School District student number, for chaperones it is their first initial followed by their last name. Chaperones, please change your password once you have entered the program for the first time. If a student cannot get into Charms or changes his/her password and forgets it, email Mrs. Warby to have it reset to his/her student number. It is possible then the student number was entered incorrectly if a student cannot log into the site. Email Mrs. Warby the correct student name and student number and she will fix it within a few hours of receiving your email.
